SheqSys is an integrated web based Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality application with the following modules :-

Innovations : Safety, Health, Environmental, Quality or General Innovations/suggestions can be entered into the system and will appear on the relevant responsible managers “Launch Page2 for action. Notification and feedback is achieved via email notifications.

Incidents : The system incorporates Potential, Near Miss and Actual Incidents, and allows the user to define Safety (Injury/Non-Injury), Health, Environmental or Quality types. Risk Analysis is incorporated and the closure logic can be customised by parameter settings. Responsible persons have their actionable items appearing on their “Launch Page” , and all persons are notified via email. Periodic overdue notification reports can be setup with managers being informed of overdue incidents in their areas of responsibility and there is a parameter driven escalation routine which can be used to escalate overdue incidents to the next level of responsibility, after a warning if incidents is overdue by a defined period.

Feedback : Allows users to provide positive/negative constructive feedback to other department/persons within a company and if negative allows the responsible managers to investigate and correct/respond.

Audit : This module consists of Audits, Observations, Surveys and Inspection sub-modules allow the user to define multiple templates of elements and questions. The system then uses a simple user interface to collect the data and score individual audits as rating percentages. All types can have Incidents/Feedbacks connected to points.

TPA : Trend Pareto Analysis module allows users to capture and report on attribute defect occurrences by defined area, machine, product and grouping, in a real time environment with graphical representation.

Sheqsys incorporates an effective reporting system, with graphical representation, and further customised reports can be added based on customer requirements.
