Qasys
is a windows
based Quality Management system for the effective control of the
quality system utilising the following Modules which can be
purchased separately or as a whole integrated system :-

Documentation Control: A complete documentation control system,
allowing effective tracking and storage of historical data. The
system includes associated document, revision history and
distribution registers allowing effective change and revision
control. With the use of Acrobat, attached PDF files will give the
users of the system, view only rights of the relevant documents. The
system allows for the set up of electronic distribution lists
whereby the users will only be able to see documents that have been
distributed specifically to them.

Incidents : A complete corrective action and follow-up system with
email notification, covering low-level requests for action,
observations, non-conformances and customer complaints, with
facilities to specify separate categories within these modules. The
corrective action module is connected to the quality audit module,
allowing effective control of action requests from audit findings.
Each one of these allows the user to record all aspects of the
findings, investigation, corrective action taken, disposition and
follow-up as well as reasons for rejection if applicable. The module
includes a root cause analysis as well as a Ishikawa analysis for
each individual action.

Audit Management System: This is a multi audit control module,
allowing the user to pre-define a number of audits and then manage
and control audit findings, and scores, for all elements and
sub-elements, giving percentages for each element and also for the
total audit. This module is highly effective when the user has to
manage various auditing bodies as well as internal management
audits.

Instrumentation & Calibration Control: A complete calibration &
instrumentation system, which tracks all equipment, that requires
regular calibration or checking, with a complete history of
calibration/service for each item. The module includes the facility
for Range and Repeatability , Gauge/Process Capability and Linearity
studies, and gauge recall can be conducted by manual printed reports
or by email notification. This system has been split into two
modules (if required) allowing the user to maintain two distinct
calibration sections for laboratory and plant instrumentation.
