Terms & Conditions :-

All prices based on a 1 (one) order delivery.
Prices and Specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
All prices are exclusive of VAT
Backordered items prices are NOT firm and may change.
All invoices are on a C.O.D bases unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Hardware and Software remains the property of Umbani Software until paid for in full.
Products have a 12 Month warranty from date of purchase. (Unless specified otherwise)
The warranty will be void if the product is damaged.
The warranty will be void if the serial number or any other labels are missing of if the items have been marked, written on or tampered with in any way.
Items that can be repaired will not be swapped out, this will include all monitors, speakers, scanners, UPS's, CD-Roms, DVD's, CD-RW's and stiffy drives.
Repairs must be returned with original purchase invoice and fault report !
Faulty goods must be returned to Umbani Software.
We are not responsible for any repaired goods not being collected after 3 months.
A full credit will be issued if returns take place within 48 Hours of invoice date, provided goods are in resale able condition, including all Manuals, Software and Packaging.The acceptance of such return, however is at our discretion.
If the return of goods takes place after 48 Hours from date of invoice (upto a maximum of 14 Days), then the credit passed will be the lesser amount of 80% of the current selling price, or 80% of the original purchase price, whichever is lower, provided goods are in resale able condition, including all Manuals, Software and Packaging. The acceptance of such return is, however at our discretion.
No credit will be issued if the return is 14 days after invoice date.
A 30% handling charge will be issued for goods not being returned with their "original" Packaging, Software or Manuals. The acceptance of such return is, however at our discretion.
A handling charge of R395.00 will be charged for cancellation of PC orders.
No goods will be despatched without a official order.
Components / Spare parts orders will be cancelled 3 days after completion, if not collected.
PC/Notebook orders will be cancelled 10 days after completion, if not collected.
Backordered items that have come into stock will be cancelled 10 days after completion if not collected.
Software and retail packaged peripherals will NOT be credited if opened, tempered or damaged in any way.
Legal Versions of Operating Systems and Software to be supplied for New/Re-Installation on Complete or Repaired Systems and the responsibility lies with the customer to ensure such supplied software is fully legal.

All Repairs carry a 3 Month warranty from date of invoice. (Unless specified otherwise)
Umbani Software is not liable for any data loss/corruption/damage what so ever for what ever reason.
Umbani Software is not responsible for data backups what so ever. It is the responsibility of ALL customers to ensure safe and reliable backups are done before repairs is undertaken.
Umbani Software will not be responsible for cables, software or ink cartridges lost by goods booked in for repairs.
Legal Versions of Operating Systems and Software to be supplied for Re-Installation on Repaired Systems and the responsibility lies with the customer to ensure such supplied software is fully legal.
Rejection of quotation for repair will be charged @ R195.00 + Vat.
We are not responsible for any repaired goods not being collected after 6 months.
